agribusinessAFRICA™ is planned around pre-arranged and spontaneousbusiness meetings taking place in an efficient and pleasing working environment.
Meetings are set-up and confirmed ahead of time by our matchmaking staff trained to cross reference detailed COMPANY BUSINESS PROFILES carefully established for each participant attending an agribusinessAFRICA™ event.
Each day, two MEETING SESSIONS are scheduled to take place in a communal area furnished with MEETING STATIONS and PRIVATE STANDS individually assigned to VENDORS.
Upon their arrival, VENDORS and BUYERS are provided with a personalized 2-day AGENDA highlighting pre-booked and open time-slots during each of the scheduled MEETING SESSIONS.
